Joined March 2011. 11 years ago. Go to the directory where your osu! is installed. C:/Program Files/osu!/Skins. There is a folder inside of the osu! directory where your skin folder is. If the file you downloaded is a .osk file, you can drag and drop the file into your osu! folder. Also, this question belongs in Technical Support. since the centre alignment is adjustable in the .ini file, asking for skins that have it is pretty pointless as you can even do it yourself. Change it in the main skin.ini, you will have to do this for each each keys:{n} though, that you want use. Because, under the [mania] section, there should be a section for each key amount (keys: 4 keys: 5 etcetc) you will have to change the columnwidth and columnstart for each key amount you plan to use.
