This time I focus on the combat, difficulty settings and the ways in which Fallout 4 adds 'challenge' to the game.I haven't really noticed any difference in enemy AI. The differences which I know are: Enemies do 2x damage. Player character does 50% damage to enemies. There are more Legendary spawns. Health regens A LOT slower when eating/drinking/using Stimpacks. You get better loot because more legendary enemies spawn. Not sure about more XP. Fallout 4 can be pretty tough - unless you're a god-tier Infiltrator like me.
