The flamer is much much much much much ( much) better used with free aim. Even with the perfect mods and 25lvc it'll empty your AP in a second and the range is worse than melee in vats. I’ve seen true flamer barrels drop on rifles but have only ever seen the aligned flamer in a box mod. Good news is, that’s the one you want. As it was stated by others, only install it on a frame that has a stabilized stock and reflex sight. Congrats on the find and good luck rolling legendaries!It likely is not an Enclave version if it has a pulse capacitor on it. If it is a regular plasma gun simply change the pulse capacitor to anything else to make it a flamer again. If you can mod it and there are many mod options it is not an Enclave version as they can only be modded with a very limited type of box mods.
