Aug 3, 2020 · Shortly after Ombudsman wrote to me saying they had asked USCIS to look into my case, on August 1st I received notice saying I should go for biometrics for I-765/I-131 and for my I-485. They accidentally sent this to my old address but thankfully the postal services forwarded it to me. I am just wondering how much longer it would take for the EAD to actually be approved and sent out? I have already been waiting 8 months for biometrics so I would really like to start working soon... On a side note, my biometrics was only for I-485 and I-765. I also filed I-131 (advanced parole) but haven’t even gotten biometrics for it. 485 approval timeline after biometrics.
